URBANDESTINE BV ("Prototipal", "we", "us" or "our") offers a platform featuring various user tools. This Privacy Policy describes how Prototipal processes personal information that we collect through our digital properties that link to this Privacy Policy, including our website (prototipal.com) and social media pages (collectively, the "Service"), as well as our marketing activities, live events, and other activities described in this Privacy Policy.

12. Face Data

12.1 No Face Data Collection or Processing

Our system does not collect, detect, analyze, or process any face data or biometric information. Users may upload images for processing into new visuals, videos, or enhanced media. These files are treated as standard media content. No face recognition, tracking, or mapping takes place.

12.2 AI Media Processing

Our system uses AI to generate outputs but processes each image as a whole and does not isolate or identify faces. No biometric profiles or facial landmarks are created.

12.3 Face ID Authentication (if enabled)

Face ID authentication is handled by Apple's Secure Enclave. Our system never receives, processes, or stores facial data. We only receive a success or failure signal.

12.4 Storage and Sharing

Since face data is never collected, it is not stored or shared. Uploaded media remains under user control unless saved or exported.

12.5 Retention

Face data is not retained. Media files are temporarily processed to generate results and only remain if the user chooses to save them to their device.
